Default Fuel system in dz160

hello
I'm trying to learn the theory of the Fuel system in dz160 , My question is
What's the use of tube that Connected between the front part of the pump to the
Body of the engine ( near the nose ring ) in the dz 160 engine ?
thanks

The line that runs between the pump and the case on the front of the engine is what allows crankcase pressure to the pump system. If this line gets the smallest hole or slit in it the engine will develop some strange habits especially at full throttle. It is normal to see a little oil and such in this line, but its purpose is to provide pressure to the pump system,

On my DZ170 I found that this original tubing was somewhat loose fitting. After replacing the tubing it seems like the engine behaves better at idle. I never did have problems at full throttle.
