Rules for Posting in the YS Forum (Please Read)

Posting to the YS Direct Support Forum:

All, we have been really lucky to have a LOT of good and knowledgeable people posting here to help out in addition to Arch and myself from Team YS. In light of this we have not been enforcing the Direct Support Forum rule of only the original poster and the support host posting in the forum. I really see no reason to enforce that rule but there have been more than a few off topic posts and that is making following the threads a little difficult. So to make things easier for all parties involved here are the rules:
1) Please make sure your thread title describes what you need to know. Those who go searching for answers will do better with a descriptive title like “1.20FZ Prop suggestions” than simply “Question”
2) If you have a question that is not answered in the forum or is not directly related to a thread PLEASE START A NEW THREAD. Having posts that ask a separate question in a thread that is already dealing with one issue will make it hard for others to search for answers.
3) If you go on a rant your post will be moderated.
4) If a post is not pertinent or way off topic it will be moderated.
5) All of us who answer questions here have different areas of expertise: Pattern, Racing, 3D and so on so if you have a specific question dealing with a specific area please put it in the title so those who spend the most time in that arena know you are looking for help.

I am doing my best to keep everything neat, tidy, on topic and answered and it’s a lot easier with all the help we have here so with that I want to say thanks to everyone who visits and lends a hand in the YS forum.

Pete
