definitely do NOT pressurize the tank, it should be an open system

Does the choke plate have a hole or slight moon cut out of it? I so soldier it closed, that should help. After you modify the choke plate the way to start the engine is:
a. Close choke completely.
b. Open throttle half way.
c. Flip engine with ignition on until the engine coughs.
d. Take choke fully off.
e. Set throttle just above idle, flip until it starts, usually 3 to 5 flips.
Also, if the engine is hard to start, but runs great, you may be able to get it to start easier by richening the "L" needle a little.

Vent your tanks vent line to the outside of the fuselage. I drilled a hole by the landing gear and glued a length of brass tubing into it and hooked the line to it on the inside of the fuse. Then loop your vent line behind the tank like this picture shows. That way on your down lines you won't pour gasoline into your prop.

Change your ignition box to CDI Ignition and you will never have this problem again.

Suggest you contact Mike at TBM since he's the ZDZ guy who used to be with RCS before they went out of business and the importer/distributor franchise was picked up by TBM and he now works for those folks. No one from TBM checks this forum that I've seen, there may be other users who could help out but again, there's just not much activity on this forum anymore.
