ZDZ 60 muffler size
Mike: I am trying to fit a ZDZ 60, w/muffler in a Ziroli stuka. I have a J & A cannister muffler that won't fit, I also have a after market muffler that came off of a 2 stroke ST 3000, that will fit. The exhaust ports match, however the exhaust outlets,(2) are approx 5/32 less on the ST muffler. than the J & A. Do you think the ST muffler would be OK to run on the ZDZ, or would the smaller exhaust ports create too much back pressure, also is there any risk to the engine in trying it? Also what is the shaft thread size on the ZDZ, for spinner adapter.

Can we get a reply to this thread ? Also, please tell us about modifying the size of your expansion chambers (smaller) and exhaust tubes and how that would affect the zdz
