Default Breaking in 215 radial?

I'm in the process of running in my 215 radial. I'm using Lawn Boy ashless for breakin at 30-1 then want to change to synthetic. what is a good oil? Thinking of Bel-Ray or Amsoil Saber. I already have two gallons through the engine, when should I change to Syn?
I have been watching the cyclinder head temp. It runs 220 to 240 at full throttle them back to 190-200 at mid speeds. Is his OK?

Engine starts within few flips and has good power. I'm getting 4800 rpm on a 3W 32-12 prop

Thanks Danny

Default RE: Breaking in 215 radial?

Danny,
YIKES!! Get off of the non synthetic Lawn Boy ASAP!!!
Go with Yamalube 2S or Honda HP2 at 32:1 for the life of the engine! You should never run a totally non synthetic, especially Lawn Boy Ashless through the RCS 215 or any RCS radial!
Engine temp and prop selection is fine.
Thanks,
