ZDZ 80RV ignition battery?
Hi, I am wondering if I need to run a regulator for the ignition if I plan to use a 6V battery? I have the older Falkon ignition. Thank you, Mike.

The Falcon Ignitons are only rated for 4 cell NiCad batteries--6.0 volts max input. So yes, you will need a regulator to limit the maximum input voltage to 6.0 volts
