Default ZDZ 50NG STARTING

Hello

I have a ZDZ 50NG that is very hard to start. I only got it to run a couple of times. After finding out there was an updated carbuator I ordered it and installed it and I still can't get the engine to run. I set the needles to factory settings and have tried the prescribed starting method from RC Showcase. I can watch gas go into the carburator when I prime it. The engine will fire but not continue to run. I have tried other starting methods I have read about here but nothing seems to work.
I would sure appreciate any help or suggestions. My old arm is getting sore.

Make sure it's properly primed. You will hear a squishing sound in the cylinder. Also try choking it, maybe 1/2 to 3/4 choke for the starting flip. Both of mine are starting just fine. If it starts and dies after a few rotations or doesn't start at all, I go back to the priming process. It always starts eventually after the thing is properly primed.
