Mike HELP!! Ignition module????
Mike,
I think my ignition module went bad on my RCS 140.
On my last 2 flights It started missing allot.
The next time I tried to start it, it tried but would not start.
After that it would not even try.
All wires are good, the battery has a little over 5 volts (4.8 battery) so it has a full charge.
Switch is working because the green light on the module comes on.
Full tank of fresh gas.
I just get no spark to the plug (I even tried a brand new plug).
What do you think? Ignition Module?
If so what do they cost and how soon can I get one to York, Pa?
Thanks Steve

Mike HELP!! Ignition module????
Steve, How long have you had the 140? It is probably the hall sensor in the rear case and needs to be replaced here at RCS. Please send it in for a look.
Thanks,

Mike HELP!! Ignition module????
Mike,
This motor has less then 2 gallons of fuel through it.
I will send it back tomorrow by UPS, you should have it by Friday.
Any Idea on cost and more important, turn around time?
I assume all you need sent back is the motor with the gray wire attached to the back of the motor.
Or will you need the ignition module also?
Thanks Steve
