ZDZ 80 RV Break-In and test stand....

This is Steven Carroll and I wanted to thank you for getting the zdz 80 rv single out. I wanted to ask you what you think of if I made a big heavy test stand for the motor, is it neccesary? Or should I do the old, put it in the plane and break-in in the air?
I also wanted to ask what prop you recommened for 3d flying?
