I bought a while back from a local flyer a World Models 72 Texan ARF. It flew two times with a DLE 20 in the nose. He never installed the cowling. I bought it, installed a Zenoah 20 and cut the cowl but haven't ever finished up the build. I have all but lost interest in this project. It is in same as new shape, but does have a couple tiny places in the covering on one wing tip. Otherwise it's in great shape. No crashes, and no hard landings
The ARF sells new for 389.99 plus shipping. Asking 135 for the airframe with electric retracts. It has 5 Hitec 645 servos (all new) and a Hitec 635 on throttle. I can include these servos for an additional 75 bucks. If you want the nearly new Zenoah 20 with electronic ZP ignition (not the older high discharge unit) ad another 175 dollars. In other words you can buy it RTF with everything except a battery and an RX for less than just the ARF costs new. Being it's a 72 wing I cannot ship, but will drive a ways to meet someone. I'm in Evansville IN (SW corner) but do travel to Louisville KY area a lot of weekends.
