Sorry for the late reply, this motor is only 95kv, and even with 16s lipo batteries, the pitch speed of a 13" pitch prop will be on the slow side since this motor doesn't spin very fast. It might only get up to 50mph. 14-18" pitch would be better, but you would experience more torque when flying and taking off.
Motor/battery/ESC temperature is the main limit. Whatever duty cycle keeps it from overheating will make it perform similar to a 150cc gas engine. Planes don't require 15hp to fly level, so you can climb on up to 20hp, and fly around on 5-8hp for example. Otherwise this will continuously provide up to 10-11hp.
Yes, motor and ESC are for sale. I have wood propellers too if you want any. I could trim one down to a flat tip wide blade 29x18 for you to experiment with. It should fly it well on both a 14s or up to 16s lipo if torque isn't a problem. Such a prop might fly it up to 70mph on 16s.
