Hi, I have a really nice low-time 3W 150 TOC (Tournament of Champions!) twin cylinder gas engine for sale. This is the earlier version, and it's a powerhouse! I had planned on putting it in a giant Stearman, but I sold the airplane to a friend with a radial, so here we go! I sent the engine to Gerhardt at Aircraft International for a check-up, and it came back with a clean bill of health! I have not started or mounted it since. The original 3W ignition works great, and the engine comes with a NEW pair of unused 3W smoke mufflers, two spinners, (one two-blade, and one three-blade!) The back plate will need to be re-drilled to fit the six-bolt pattern. I will also include four propellers: Two TBM (Troy Built Models) 32x10, One Pro Zinger 30x10, and One 3W 30x12! That should get you flying! This engine is VERY LOW TIME! (check the pistons and exhaust outlets!) The engine was used on a giant Biplane, and flown in a scale manner, very rarely run at full throttle. (half-throttle was more than enough!) No crash, bench, or hangar rash! No broken fins, no marks from pliers, and no abuse whatsoever! If purchased at my asking price, I will include a dealer-only 3W wristwatch from Uhren Leon in Germany! It keeps great time, and the floating 3W logo is the second hand! You will not find another like it! I'm asking $1000.00 for everything, or would trade for a NIB or excellent used ASP 400 five-cylinder radial engine with Keleo collector ring. Glow or gas conversion works for me! Blue Skies!
