We have a brand new, easy to use RCU Marketplace
Come take a look. On April 5, 2018, once all existing listings have expired, the old marketplace will close for good. In the meantime, feel free to browse what is for sale here, but please make any new for-sale or trade listing in the new Marketplace!
Have you ever wanted to strap an engine on to a pony and make it fly? Have you ever wanted a plane so large people constantly ask you if you’ve ever put your child in it? (By the way, don’t actually do that. My youngest still won’t talk to me).
Well, here’s your chance. I culled this beautiful ZDZ 420 out of my 57% Hempel Extra, which I am going to power with an even bigger, ridiculously large engine simply because. . . . Well, why not?
This engine comes with headers and cans but NO IGNITIONS (it does come with the hall sensors). I’m using those elsewhere. You can buy new ones from ZDZ or use an aftermarket ignition.
The engine has zero time since it was serviced by ZDZ. Heck, I’ll even throw in a prop drill guide.
So don’t sit there on the fence! Your wife will totally understand why you actually need this engine.

Hi Jim -
Pretty wide prop range I’ve seen, anywhere from 36 to 41 inches. I think it would depend on what you were using it for. I have a 39x14 JC Super prop that I was using on my extra. Pulls pretty well on that but I’m up at 5000 feet.
