Selling a bench ran only Evolution GT 26cc gas engine.
This is actually an MVVS engine, European made, and marketed under the name of Evolution by Horizon, but still sells in Europe under the OEM's name.
It has the latest version of proprietary electronic ignition module, they got rid of the grounding shroud on the cylinder head, and just use the latest spark plug metal housing.
It has two magnets on the prop hub, a safety feature that eliminates accidental firing of the engine. The pickup has to sense the first magnet, and then detects the passing of the 2nd magnet in a certain time frame (meaning that the prop is being flipped intentionally) and only then it fires. I have seen other engines without this feature started just by rotating the prop, unintentionally, and caused havoc, believe you me, it happened.
The engine did not come with a muffler (couldn't understand the logic) I bought a BISSON large volume muffler for it, as well, a set of DuBro alloy engine mount drilled for this engine.
For remote engine kill, ( I wouldn't fly without one), I have installed an opto engine kill switch in-line with the ignition module. All these extras parts will be included with the sale of the engine.
This would be a brute force with great engine life. I am flying small electrics now, might as well sell this very nice engine to some one who could use a quality design.
Price to go, $320 (may look a bit high, but when you considering the muffler, the DuBro engine mount, and the opto kill switch, European design and quality, it is a good deal). shipping by FeDex door to door, cost to be quoted.
