Item Description:
Bought new by me from Hobbytron, in approximately the third quarter of 2009. I RAN IT ONCE. It ran fine. Then I dropped the transmitter, or, it just didn't work after that run; I don't remember. I do remember they sent me another transmitter, which I have, but it is the wrong AM frequency, I think. I have not run this NQD or tested it since the first and only run. So, this is NOT RTR. And, no battery included. I will send the boat with the transmitter, as in the picture, the latter, IF you want it.
You will see glue lines on the hull; they were there when I got the thing. I'm not sure about the functionality of the receiver and esc, such as it is. The time I tried it, the motors worked, though. They steer the boat as well. I took some of the pictures of the hydro floating in the pool; it didn't appear to take on water in the few minutes it was in the pool. The attached pictures were taken on March, 30, 2012.
DEAR NEWCOMERS: I believe you have to spend upwards of $300 to get a cool, fast, name brand RTR boat. This is not that boat. Kindly don't buy this boat if you're not familiar with it. This is a fine deal, but only for the hobbyist who knows he wants this: NQDs are typically bought for the hull only, to gut and upgrade. At a minimum, you would have to solve the transmitter issue to make this RTR, and there might be more to do.
This sale will be final. I provide no warranties at all of any kind, express or implied. What you see is what you get. I will take only Paypal, and I'll absorb the cost. I will ship to your specification, at your expense. Please ask your questions before making an offer.
Thanks for your interest!
