WHY IT'S CRITICAL FOR BUYERS TO USE THE "MAKE OFFER" FORM VS. EMAIL

.. Power supply is just a computer power cord ( laptop)

.. Driver board I dont have specs

.. I do have original manual ( notebook, printed pages)

    .. Part number: is FC2913

... I purchased this before the company "made it big" ..

have a look at the link below..

    http://www.foamlinx.com/foamlinx_small_hot_wire_cnc_foam_cutters.html

.. my manual says.. FC2913 but I believe it the same machine..

I am very interresred. contacted maker yesterday
I have cad skills so working no problem
I was wondering what the wood was for
Is that so it is not fasten to the table.Do you
    have any wire left
it is possible to see a you tube movie of it in operation?
I would then give your asking price
    my email is mduggind@dugginshvac.com

the Wood ? the wood bow C looking thing .. that spans across ?

.. that is used to stretch the hot wire ..

.. I cant believe the company that make it still shows a wire simply from one vertical axis to another..

few key parts to cutting foam,

    1. temperature
    2. speed
    3. wire has to be tight

if you can imagine as the axis goes up.. the spring will have a mechanic advantage and the axis will lean inward..

the wood bow.. takes care of that.. allows all the tension to be held by it.. and the vertical axis just move it up and down.. staying in place vertically.. that's the only "modification" I did to the system other than it works good..

    ..............

Wire Yes .. just found it .. I moved so had to dig it up...

Once you get the temp right.. and you don't burn the foam on to the wire, should last you a long time...

    ..............

We could do a skype live demo .. save me the trouble of having to upload the video..

and I can show you exactly what you want to see..
    ................

    Problem.. to over come..

I moved so I have stuff still packed..

    1. I have to find a parallel cable ..

    2. I dont have any more foam blocks.. ( but how wire control work independent from CNC part..

    3. the machine is not set up on the table any more..
I am at a new home. Part of why I'm selling it.. no real space to have it..

    4. I can put the part up on a folding table to do a demo..

.. let me know if that all works .. as I will have to purchase a cable,
very hi possibility I tossed it .. out.. as I've gone bad looking for it..

    Thanks...
