Take it to the NVRC auction and put it up for sale on a table. I doubt you will get $400 for a used planed regardless if it's only flown once. usually planes lose 1/3 of the value if not 1/2.

Maybe $150 for the plane including the engine. There's no way a trainer plane is worth this much regardless of equipment. Where's the pics? I live near there.
