    SELLER REPLY:

NO, I put 160.00 parts in it to make it new and only "hoped" it would run...... Geeze...... Of course it ran. It ran great.

As for the previous question.... Why did I put so many parts in it?
Because I had the parts AND I wanted an utra reliable engine for a project that fell through.

Well, whatever its previous condition was, sounds like you succeeded in creating a fine new engine. I am looking for a good, reliable engine in this size, so I am making a full-price offer. Thanks for your responses.
