Heavy-Duty Gear Door Offset Hinges, set of 10 - BLACK (with tiny screws)
Perfect for jets, or any plane (.40~ 1/4 scale) where extra strength is desired so that gear doors won't break off, flutter, or fail under extreme loads.
These hinges are made of graphite and fiberglass. They are almost as strong as carbon fiber. Also comes with the tiny countersink screws.
These are the exact same hinges that are used for the operation of gear doors in Yellow Aircraft, Fei-Bao, Skymaster, CompARF, and many other jet companies.
What is really nice about these hinges is that they can be easily disassembled (a screw is used as the hinge pin), so you can easily remove the gear doors for maintenance after the hinges are glued in place.
These are also great replacements for the BVM Off-set Door Hinge that sells at $7.50 for a single hinge.
