Power. The very first thing you notice with the Novus Huey is the power. This isn't your little friendly coaxial helicopter you fly on your kitchen table. Sure, you could, but why?! Taking the Huey outdoors on a calm day is the perfect setting for some amazing scale reproductions of a real Huey strafing the rice fields on it's way to rescue some villagers, or dropping those much needed supplies to the guys holding the line, or even hauling back the wounded. Ok, a bit childish, but that's the kind of fun the Novus Huey delivers. We even forgot we were flying a coaxial a few times…really!
Not for the true beginner, but able to handle the task, the UH-1D is a far more aggressive flyer than most of it's little coaxial counterparts so true novices will most likely be snapping off some of those amazing scale details. Just be sure to keep a sandwich bag handy to store the pieces and you can always CA them back on after your skills improve:)
I bought this and only flew it a few times.Never been crashed. Two flight batteries included.
