Brand new. We had 2 and I used one in my JR 9503 and it worked flawlessly.
I am including a connector so you can make up a charge jack as well since you cannot use your wallwart charger with this battery chemistry. Had to pull some strings with Horizon to get this piece!!
No box or instructions but you have our word it is brand new and in perfect working order (look at our ratings, we are straight shooters...)
May fit other transmitters but not sure.
