I had a problem with the electronic ignition and sent it back to Tower under warranty. Tower replaced the ignition module with a new one... I needed to fly while they were evaluating the problem, so I bought a second DLE-20. I don't need two DLE-20's.

Depends on your zip code and if you want it insured.
Should be able to send it Priority Mail "Medium Size Box" for about $11 or $12 and I think the post office charges about $2.30 for $200 of insurance... So I would guess about $15...
If you want to send me your zip I can go to the post office tomorrow and get an exact quote. I would recommend the insurance

I have everything that it came with. It is sitting on the original box in one of the photos. And, yes I have the manual.
I will be happy to ship to Italy; however, I am not certain as to how I would go about determining the cost. Guess I could weigh it and talk to the postal service...

Looks like the U.S. Post Office wants about $28 to send the parcel as 1st Class Postage; however it cannot be insured unless it is sent via U.S. Priority Mail.
I was quoted just under $47 for the cost of sending via/Priority Mail and an additional $2.50 for $200 of insurance... Not certain on any tracking cost, but I would think that they would track the shipment, if it was being insured.
They did state that the pricing was "location sensitive" when I provided them with the postal code you provided... don't know if there would be any Duty involved

My add states that it has less than 2- hours... In reality it has 8 to 10 10- minute flights, so that would be about 1.5 hours. And, i broke in the engine in using a cylinder head temperature gauge to insure it didn't get too hot.
I don't see how I could provide you with a warranty because I am not the manufacturer, and I don't know how you will use it. Most of the problems I see fellow pilots having are self induced... They run their engines too hot, both on the ground & in the air and they really do not know how to adjust them properly. I can only say that I would not sell the engine, if I felt there was something wrong with it... Check out my previous sales and see what the buyers had to say about the items I have sold. If you want a warranty, you can purchase a new engine from Tower for about $250. They provide a 1-year warranty... this may the best way for to go
