    Yes, the engine is just back from Syssa.
    They changed it from a rail mount to a rear mount, so everything is new.

    If you send me an email I can send you a picture of the top of the piston. I can also send you a link to some other pictures.

    They never told me what the issue was.
    There was no paperwork when the engine came back.
    It took them 10 months to return the engine, so I was just glad
    to get it back.

    So if you would also like a link to other pictures showing that the engine is new, send me your email.

    As far as warranty, since the manufacturer just sent it out as new, you can call the serial number in to them and ask I guess.
