Item Description:
This one of very few 71" P-51 scale kits made by Jim Meister. The specs for the plane are:

This kit is said to be the most accurate scale P-51 ever made. It has 8 sheets of super-detailed plans as well as construction and scale reference photos. Scale reference documentation is also included as well as decals. Also included are the scale strut option and the rohm retract modification kit for scale landing gear location. It has a laminar flow wing, yet is said to be a great flyer. This kit is in two boxes, one with all of the wood and plans and the other with all of the plastic which includes cockpit and both B (with malcom hood) and D canopies. The B canopy and the malcom hood are slightly yellow from age, but the D is perfect. I also have rohm retracts available.
