For sale is my Skymaster F-15. Installed: JR receiver (72MHz) and servos, 3 JR match boxes (flaps, stabilators, and one to adjust nose-wheel steering), 2 JR battery packs (will need to be replaced), JetCat P120 with ECU 4.9 (always run with installed FOD screen, and the motor is running well), BVM Ultimate Air Trap, Tam Jets bifurcated pipe, and the Yellow Aircraft scale F-15 landing gear (mechanical gear actuation valve, Jet Tronics brake valve).
I included the Standard Specs above, but I added ailerons and flaps to this model, so it is 7 channels: Throttle, Elevator, Aileron, Rudder, Flaps, Landing Gear, Brakes. Never did repaint the ailerons and flaps, so they are still primer gray.
The model flies incredibly well-- it was always fun and impressive. Here is a video of me flying it at LA jets in 2004:
I widened the stance of the main landing gear since that video, so they angle out more, and the ground handling is significantly improved... it no longer looks like it's about to topple over after landing.
So here's the deal. It really hasn't been flown since 2005. So, I would put this airplane more at ARF status rather than RTF. You are going to need to replace the batteries and probably re-do some of the install, check all the plumbing etc. I also wasn't very smart about the install... it looks nice, but the ECU is a pain to get to, so that may go on the re-do list. I would do it all to prep for sale, but I don't have the time or resources. There is some damage to both intakes--they have started to delaminate around the edges, and that needs to be fixed. I have included pictures. This is the Sport Jet version, not the scale, so there are no gear doors. Also, the decals are of the stick-on variety, and they have put in their two weeks and quit sticking.
I will try to answer questions in as much detail as possible. This MUST sell, so make an offer.
