Item Description:
For sale. One Kyosho P51D 40 with retractable landing gear, Magnum .52 4 stroke engine, and 6 servos (one of them is a high torque servo for the retractable landing gear). Transmitter and receiver NOT included. Plane is in good shape and airworthy. The balsa air scoop and prop are slightly damaged from a hard landing. The air scoop is cosmetic and can be easily repaired or flown as is, and a new prop is quick and cheap fix. Just get a transmitter, slap in a battery, receiver and you should be up and running in no time. Looks like this model has been discontinued, so here's a chance to get one for a great deal.
The kit alone runs between $150-$200 if you can find it. The engine runs another $150 bucks brand new. Now figure in 6 servos and a weekend or two of build time and you would easily be into this thing around $450 bucks brand new.
I'm asking $300 for this model.
