The Rcgf 32cc gas engine i bought from you Al is not running right. And i would like it serviced or replaced it is still under warranty. My number is 1-870-318-7429 ask for Rusty. I have trid calling you at your hobby store and you want ansewer. I have left my number with your helper. We need to to figure out what to do. I would like a new motor. Thanks need you to help me.

You sold me a bad motor. The rcgf 32cc new has a bad piston and cycler head. That why it want run. I sent it in for warranty work and its not covered. That engine had that damage when you sent it to me. You will get the bill. Because. That why it didnt run. So i will put this against you for selling me a bad rcgf 32cc new. I would like to k ow what you are going to do about this matter. Thanks

SELLER REPLY:
Asked Buyer to send us proof that he did send the engine back to BPhobbies for repair warranty like advised by us since BP is the US warranty repair facility , yet buyer fails to do so, contact BP and asked if that engine was in deed at their repair shop ever??? waiting contact from BPhobbies.

everyone can see the engine is brand new just look at the picture, now you claim the engine was bad and used??
just because you probably damaged the engine using bad oil or wrong ratio of fuel/oil , stop sending me emails, I will only listem to the repair tech from BPhobbies and they havent contacted me yet...
