This is by far my favorite engine I ever had. And yes I did have Da's and 3W's. It a very good running and reliable motor and very predictable. It has amazing throttle response and great power for it's size. If you don't leave the low needle a little rich it will go from full throttle to a very low idle in a split second and stay there and purr forever. No other engine I had was able to do that. When you goose it to full throttle again it will take another split second to get there. Only downside to that is it's a little bit harder to start the first time of the day. You can also leave the low needle a little rich and the famous ZDZ method of 5/5/1 start works like a charm every time. You can set it up to run exactly the way you want it that's why I said it's very predictable.
I started having problems with it running right so I put a Walbro carb that I had as a spare for my DA 100 and it went back to running like it's normal self. I left it on there and I might still have the original carb I can throw in there to sweeten the deal.

This guy is a son of a bitch.He told me this engine was a sweet deal and it did not last three flights before the connecting rod bearing went out on it.I emailed him about it and he never replied.
