Item Description:
Yellow Aircraft International - 1/5 Scale P-40E Warhawk. All optional parts available by manufacturer are included. Over $1500.00 total cost. Aircraft was owned by two other people before me. First owner never touched it, second owner began the stock tail construction as per the kit instruction. When I bought it I modified the Rudder from several scale P40 rudder pictures as well as a set of Jerry bates plans to reflect the scale rib outline as well as operational hinge system. Rudder system is completed, with removable single aluminum "piano hinge" style mounting rod, note pictures. Motor Box has been assembled in the fuselage and cut for a DA-85 engine. All surfaces have been hinged, but nothing glued. Additional rib details added to the main mount wheel wheels and Flaps. Wings have been center-glassed and mounted to fuselage. Tail wheel assembly has been initial fitted to fuse. but not mounted.
Would rather not ship. Will drive up to two hundred miles one way to deliver.
