Up for sale is my Ziroli Bearcat. It is powered by a Zenoah G-62 with a pitts muffler that has approximately 17 flights on it. The main retracts are Robart, with a brand new Ultra Precision UP8 Valve and Dreamworks tubing. The tail wheel is not retractable.
Servos are all Hitec (mostly 645MG), and it has two A123 2300mah batteries for the electronics. Receiver is a JR 9-channel DSM with 3 satellites. Just bind it to your JR or Spektrum radio and fly!
I bought it used from a fellow club member last August. He is a very experienced builder who only flies kit-built airplanes. He did a great job with this kit too, but he built it to fly, leaving many scale details out. I was planning to add a nice cockpit, a scale pilot, etc. if I kept it. The bottom was painted white for better visibility.
This gracious warbird flies in a very scale manner, and it gets everybody's attention at the field. There are NOT many giant scale Bearcats out there! I hate to part with it, but I am starting a new project and am running out of storage space.
The airplane is BIG, so I prefer local pickup. I am also willing to drive a reasonable distance to deliver.
