Finally ready to part with the Canoe. The 96 MHZ Firewater with Twin counter rotating CMB 35 RS motors.
I purchased the boat from the original owner/builder almost 6 years ago. I have never run or fired her in that time. Too many other distractions and no where to run her. Selling to raise funds for equally expensive photography obsession.
As the boat sits - she is 105 long, 24 wide, and around 20 tall. I would estimate it to weigh around 70 pounds. With the CMB's she should be capable of 50+ She won Best Boat at the WRAM show 2007.
Boat is ARTR - I have removed the plumbing, flotation, stuffing tubes and gas tanks as I was going to repower her with Inline motors. Ended up reinstalling the CMBs. Stuffing tubes and gas tank will not take much time to refit (and are included) - if I get the time I may refit before she sells. Have flotation and tubing too!
These motors were upgraded with new CMB cylinder liners and pistons. The original version was prone to ceasing with water temp extremes - it never happened to either of these motors but the kits were supplied and installed. The motors are un-fired since installation. The rest of the motors/boat has less than 30 minutes of run time - TOTAL
Selling to local buyer or someone willing to meet half way (I will drive a good distance to avoid risks and hassles of shipping this boat). May consider shipping if buyer willing to pay costs of crating, shipping, insurance.
I will take new images as she sits over the weekend. (boat this size needs to be outside to shoot) - if you have specific images you need please let me know.
The boat is full of custom details and no expense was spared in her build (OK - the original gas tank did not make sense to me!). Custom Machined water cooled exhaust tips, air vents, motor mounts, clutch assemblies, Arneson hardware. The Carbon Fiber Arneson drives and Rudder are by HPR - Hanspeter Rotschi. Custom adjustable MHZ Trim Tabs Chromed CMB pipes (Original HUGE CMB mufflers are included - though will not fit the boat) Not sure what props are on her but they are included - or any other pair of props the buyer may want from my board. Includes Heavy Duty Electric starter and toolbox (Tool box wont be shipped - not worth the trouble). NO RADIO.
Boat has a small (less than penny sized) gouge through paint on forward deck which happened in transport to a show. Has a very tiny (Less than match head) nick in the bow. Will add pics shortly.
A NON Refundable deposit of $500 is required - before I drive to make delivery or build crate for shipment.
