If you are the buyer, visit the " Offers" area of the My Market area and locate your item. Look for the rating icon!

If you are the seller, visit the " My Ads" link of the My Market area and locate your item. Look for the rating icon!

Your ratings and personal profile are always located in your "Personal Profile" area. See My Profile
DEALING WITH BAD DEALS AND POOR RATINGS
If you disagree with a member rating, you may return to your and click the "Rebuttal" button for the rating in question. This way, members reading it can read your side of the story. ratings page

Our marketplace is similar to a newspaper's classified service in that we will not become involved in resolving disputes arising between buyers and sellers. We do, however, have several resources that can help you prevent and address unfavorable transactions and fraud.
We encourage everyone to at least review our Escrow Services. You should also review member ratings before making or accepting an offer. Finally, you may file a complaint against another member whom you believe acted inappropriately in a transaction.
