micro 1/18 motor/esc combo
So a guy recently recommended to me a website called hobbypartz.com. i was looking throught the stuff they have and for what i could get to upgrade my vendetta tc. i came across a micro 1/18 motor and esc by toro. Has anyone tried these yet? if so, are they even reliable and will they last with a 3s lipo?

RE: micro 1/18 motor/esc combo
I have one. Your only buying the kit for the ESC. The motors are ok but they are not the standard 380 sized motors and you WILL need to either find the right size screws to mount up to your motor mount or drill out the top of the motor so you can fit bigger screws
*380 motors are what come in 95% of 1/18 - 1/14 scale RC cars/trucks/buggys/truggys etc **
The reason why I mention the "size" of the motor ( by size I mean Diameter round ) Is I put the ESC & Motor into my sportwerks recoil and the motor was too small to use 2 holes to mount to the motor mount. So odds are, the motor might(won't) not fit a vendetta correctly
You might be better off finding a slightly more expensive ($45+) 1/18 EZ run combo that even comes with a program card. The Toro combo doesnt but it is a $30 kit. Im waiting for Hobbypartz/NitroRCX to get in more 1/18 motors
