Project Stanced
So I have this posted in other forums but I wanted to share my build here as well. So I started with a Xmod EVO Lancer that I picked up for a great deal.
I then lowered it
Cut out the bottom CF plate for my custom chassis and added Mini-z AWD Wheels
I then did a camber mod
Did the body work and got some color sprayed
Doing a full hobby grade conversion including ESC, BL Motor, 2.4ghz TX/RX, real steering servo setup, and 2s LiPo.
Still a lot to do so stay tuned...

RE: Project Stanced
Thx. Yeah I haven't had one in a while but I loved these things back in the day when they were still popular. I know that there are still people out there playing with theirs and building them. Wish they would post it...

RE: Project Stanced
yeah, atomicmods has a ton of hop ups for them too. im working on getting my hands on a skyline xmod right now. even with owning a micro truggy i still think an xmod could be alot of fun, plus i am thinking about upgrading the xmod to use a lipo and possibly even add the losi 2,4ghz brushless conversion to it, i bet it would scream with a brushless setup lol
