Default Traxxas XL 2.5 wire loose

One of the wires on my son's traxxas has come off. I don't want to buy a whole new unit, could it be effectively soldered? I checked internally and it doesn't look like it can just be replaced.

Here is a picture

Thanks in advance

OR you could take a flat head screwdriver, and just push the metal tab on the other side which will cause it t pop out on the end the wire broke off. I've done thins a quite a few times, and it works like a charm

Thanks, so you mean pop it out, resolder, and push it back in?
