Default why is one wheel getting less power than others?

hi, my WLtoys A959-B has a problem where one of the front wheels is getting less power than the others, and I was wondering what can cause this?
when I roll just the back wheels, the wheel getting less power doesn't spin at all. any info would be helpful.

might be a bad bearing or might be the wheel nut is too tight and the wheel is not able to spin freely. The diff will put the power to the free wheel and the other will just sit there.
