Im looking at mini nitro as well. Nitro is too much fun. I can't really run any of the minis indoors, or at least at my indoors. Because of that I may as well have the fun of nitro added in. Kyosho is the way I will be going.

well tht is great, wish i knew that before, now they pretty much are the best. but which one to get, buggy or truggy? and wht is the big box on the left side of the truggy causing the body to be very small?

i have electric, but i wanna learn about nitro and how it wrks, so i thought i would start small just to get a hang of it. no i have nothing against electric, i love it. just wanna try somethin new.

true but they are reliable,,, can run on ANY 10th scale track or larger,,, and parts are easy to find,,,, and if u want u can convert them to electric....
how much are the kyoshos...??

The kyoshos are $199 for a ready set last time I checked. But yeah, I had a mini nitro and if I could re do it, I'd get a crt.5 instead or just save up for a NEU for my vendetta I had back then.

Depending on what you think is fast man, for me no mini is that fast RTR, maybe cause my 1st nitro was a jato (2speed)
your gonna have to change afew things but ultimately the fastest ive seen must be the 12th scale with a .18engine.
the xray mini nitros however seem pretty neat!!
even though ive got a hyper mini st

The only way it would go that slow is on "AA" batteries... My electric KMI's are up around 20-25mph

Fast mini nitro?
Schumacher Rascal, they crammed a .18 engine into there and a 2 speed. I have a 3 speed in mine right now, I don't know how fast it goes but over 50 seems reasonable.

yeh but that thing only goes fast in a straight line.
poor handling, breaking and traction....2wd but then again does have topspeed....but only that!
