Animus going slower than usual...

Hey guys, I just joined rcuniverse coming from ultimaterc. My helion animus 18sc is going way slower than usual. It usually does about 25, but i would guess it goes 15 mph rn on a fully charged 1100 mah nimh pack. Motor is hot, but not scalding. Anyone know why this might be?

Welcome to RCU! I say motor, if you know the battery is 100% charged.
