Actually abbreviated, it is mL. Let me translate the first post.

Hi, I was wondering what is wrong with my mamba 8000kv. I have noticed that there are about 2 or 3 millimeters of movement in it, and I suspect that it is from the rear bearing. Is there any way to replace the bearing in the motor to stop the movement? Thanks in advance.

The case is sealed so you would need something to re-seal it even if you took it apart unlike some of the other brushless motors that simply unscrew apart. You're probably better off to return it to Castle Creations, but I would send them an email along with purchase information prior to shipping.
