RE: teedee 09 prop
You could run anything from a 6x4 to an 8x4. If you went with the 6x4 Cox you would have to drill out the center a bit to accommodate the prop driveplate.

Cox grey 7 x 3.5 is the best I've found - from my limited research.
I've tried a couple of APC props, and apart from having to bush the holes, they let it wind up well, but don't produce as much wind as the cox.

Master Airscrew make a 6.5-3 that might work well. Although I have not tried it on an .09 Tee Dee I have used it on an .061 MP Jet which is very close in over all performance (at least I think so). This prop provided both good speed and thrust when used on a 16 ounce Sig Hummer.
Good luck,

With a 6X4 prop, you must keep a close watch on the piston and rod ball and socket at those RPMS. Other .09's with a wrist pin will handle that prop with less stress
