Beware!

Your Esc may be severely limited on how many servos it can drive when using 4 cells. You may be forced into using a dedicated BEC or receiver battery pack. Might be better to stay with 3 cells although some cheaper ESC are limited even with 3 cells. Do your home work!

that one should be good also but you want to buy ESCs that are in the USA warehouse as you will pay a ton of money shipping from over seas.

http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store...ontroller.html A-Rap.....this is the only 35A ESC that I can find at HK and it comes from the international warehouse. Does it really take a long time to get? How about a 35 to 40A ESC? I can maybe find one of those in the USA warehouse.

yes I wont matter much at all and HK sometimes lists the weight of box and packaging, so you cant really go off the weight. sorry I havent looked yet. the brown truck dropped of a bunch of stuff today so i was playing with it all.

yes it will work but you will pay a bunch more for it to be shipped. like 30-40 dollars extra. this one would be a great controller also and give you lots of room to play with in amps. while on HK site on the left side about 1/4 the way down you will see something that says global warehouse. if you put your mouse pointer on it the USA ware house pops up. select that and then browse everything there. saves on shipping big time but they dont always have everything the global one has

A Rap......I can't seem to find an appropriate ESC in HK's USA warehouse and I sure do not want to pay that kind of shipping. Do you have any other suggestions? I will be ordering some stuff from Sig in the near future......I will see what they have unless you can find an appropriate one at HK. I sure appreciate your help my friend. I will let you know if I find anything AT Sig . THANKS.

A Rap......I ordered the gear today including the volt/watt meter. I also picked up another battery. It is a 4s 1800 mah 20c. That should cover this motor and a couple of other units I have. As I mentioned earlier, we have the HOB ME 109 built with a Cox .051 R/C on it. It is a screaming motor and I hope it pulls it. I scratch built a 40 inch Citabria a couple of years ago and it pulled it fine. We'll see. Keep in touch.

A Rap...........I can't thank you enough for this info. I have learned more from you with this stuff than all the reading I've done. I will continue to pick your brain so don't hide. We have some very small stuff we want to electrify such as a Neiuport 12 and an Albatros. Throw in a couple of small Fokkers also. Thanks again. I will post some build pics also.
