I was able to get one from Select Hobbies. Steve the owner contacted me and said all I had to do was buy something from his site and he would give a NIP rudder. I have dealt with in the past and he's always been great. Check out his site. skaliwag I'm restoring 2 PT's and I may need to hit you up for some parts. Thanks to all.

I have enough parts to almost make 2-3 PT-19 they are dirty but not cracked or melted, you are welcome to them if you need them. I only request a picture of the finished product.
