Aerodrome Kits

We want to build a scale WWl biplane possibly to compete but mostly for fun. Does anyone have any experience with the Aerodrome kits? They do have each kit in 2 and 3 scales. I was lead to them by a scale modeler. I guess I would like some suggestions. We like to fly small when we can, Thanks
