Default Sure Shark flies again

This plane has not flown since 2009.
A little work taking care of the hanger rash,
and installing a new tank and she was ready to go.
The guys were really surprised that she was such a speedster.
I had forgotten how fun no throttle could be. If you have
one of these that you haven't flown in a while. Break it out,
youll love it.

Digger,

Great to see you post once again! It has been awhile.

SS looks great. What engine do you have on it?

There are a few SS threads below you can look up by TeeBee and also a few from Rainedav - designer of the 1/2A and .15 size SS.

Does that mean it's half fast?

Get a HQProp Carbon blend 4x4.5 and you should bust 100mph with ease.
They make a 5x4.5 too if you want more thrust, I don't buy the bull nose but the speed tip versions.

Here is a HQProp 4x4.5 in action with Fuji .050 my own design:

Thanks for the video and advice P.S. If my plane is fast, yours is double fast.

Nice to see a 1/2A SS active again. I still have a short kit with both wing versions under th bed. Have been flying my Shark XV with TD .09 quite a bit lately.
