Default How would you scratch off a HOB plan ?

I have a Bonanza plan and I am wondering how you build the wing without rib templates?

Also, is anyone making canopy's for these birds?

As far as rib templates go you can copy them from any other plan ( kaos ribs is a good start) or try using wing plans from a similar sized bonanza plan set.

Not knowing your skill set this is the best I can do.

See Outerzone: HOB Bonanza Plans & Patterns

Regarding a canopy pattern, I don't know of a source.

You might try House of Balsa, 877-261-8514

Check with Keith at Park Flyer Plastics for the Beech canopy I got one from him, also I think the wing is the same on all the little ones.

Of course, if you lack a source for the clear plastic turtle deck similar to the old Scientific half-A CL built up fuselage kits of the 1960's, you can carve such out of foam. There are more ways than one to resolve building problems. It just depends upon how much effort and trouble (or challenge) you are willing to do to achieve a result you are satisfied with. Even if it doesn't have clear but painted in windows, it will still be neat to see a not often modelled low wing civil aeronautics aircraft in motion.
