Default Source for 3-48 bolts

I can't find any 3-48 bolts - does anybody know who carries them?

My poor little TD is boltless.

I also want to make some TD style spinner nuts for my PeeWees, but the stock bolts are too short.

Hi Andrew --

Here are some links:

http://www.fastener-express.com/

http://www.microfasteners.com/

http://www.mcmaster.com/

All carry 3-48 screws in various designs -- these links come into the top of the site.

Bipe,
I buy all my hardware from "Mini-Bolt" here in Ontario. The owner is a modeler and a friend. I have a lot of 3-48 stock myself, what you need? I can send them to you..

Thanks guys,

I've bought from microfasteners.com in the past, but I prefer to use paypal when buying from the US, so I placed an order through fastener-express.com. I really wanted some round head 3/4", just like on the TD .020, but the closest was socket head 1", so I'll have to cut them down. I needed some other stuff anyways.

What's the URL for Mini-Bolt? I'll probably buy from them in the future.

Bipe, its:

http://www.nexicom.net/~suee/

Richard Esseltine is the owner with his wife, SUe. Great people to deal with. They allways send my order out and I send them a cheque when I get it. Not too many people doing business like that anymore!
