Who out there really has much run time experience with one of these little cuties. I have a pair and several spare heads and a set of Jr. Skylark plans that are crying out to be built (one of my all time favorite shapes).
So I am wondering how well they actually perform, how finicky, what power levels, etc. I either actually run them and use them, or sell to some collector on Ebay and make off with some loot from them.

I flew two airplanes with the .03 R/C back in the mid-1990's. One was an ACE R/C Pocket Rocket, the other was a low wing variant of the Littlest Stick.
I have a lot of nice things to say about this motor, the only bad is that the break-in take about 45min. according to the instructions. Mine took about that long to break in and run it's best. Power is actually a little better than the TD .02, despite having a muffler and throttle. It's pretty quiet, and the throttle is one of the better ones I've had on a small glow motor.
I wouldn't sell it on Ebay though,.. It really is a unique engine, and they only fetch about $80 on Ebay. You just can't replace it with something better or comparable on the market. It's still a great motor. I have one "runner", and one that is for the collection-you couldn't get me to part with them for anything!
I've managed to squirrel away a few glow heads for mine, and you'd do well to find a few too. I lost a glow head almost right off the bat when I first flew the motor, haven't had any problems since.
