Dave, that wee bit of a bump doesnt rate epoxy
Just cut some clean edges, and graft on a new nose with a few splints... to the doubler area
You could even make a modular nose section that has its own F1-a at the end of it... and just a couple of blind nuts on the original F1... bolt on noses! [8D] Bust a nose- bolt a new one on!
You can also slow the plane down some by dragging some junk behind it, like a length of streamer or a kite tail, or a soupcan if you are really going too fast.

I like that modular nose idea ..I think the problem is, not that the plane is too fast,,,,It`s THAT my reactions ,are to slow...It`s rainy, gloomy ,and ,grey here today, so it`s a good day, to perform surgery..I`ll start after lunch time..
