If you have a Cox Pee Wee .020 I recommend you try that for a 24" span. I used to have some success putting .020s in the 24" - 28" span Guillow WW2 kits and flying them rudder only. With today's micro equipment ailerons and elevator would make for a really fun plane.

haha ok, i might cut one of them f16s up and use it as a template and make a slightly bigger version out of balsa any ideas on power wise. its got a 16-18 inch wingspan i think and enlarge it to about 24-26

Yup for the DF versions of the f16, just get the biggest fan you can cram into it, for prop planes, anything in the 18-24" range will fly nicely on a pee wee .020, but if it's got a true throttle and at the top of the scale at 24", I guess a norvel .049 would be a pretty good match to slap into it.

well iv had a few ideas pop into my head especialy when you was going on about making a mold and showing me the proccess of laying it all up. it involves carbon fiber kit from of fleabay and the f16s slightly stretched and bigger wing sumat abit on the kick but side, some has to think crazy dont they but that my friend will be next winters project a pair of carbon fibre f16s with some seriouse amps up there buts and some tasty fan ducted fans

those 2 will be for next year matey il start on them next winter once iv been drooling over some ideas all summer but i think a toatal carbon fibre f16 would look sick problem is how heavy is the stuff i know its strong
