Default Ulmer Das Not Ugly

This is another plane that I got done building and flying. The DNU has a Norvel .061 Big Mig engine, 5 HS-55 servos, 2oz tank and it camein at 15.2oz.

The plane was fun to build and all the parts were of good quality. I changed the shape of the tail feathers for a little different look though.

It flew all maneuvers quite well, that Idid. Flying inthe limited space in my yard, I am not able to do as much as I would like. So,I will be looking forward to wringing it out at a flying field. The engine performed quite well and is a good match for the plane.

That looks good 329e[sm=thumbs_up.gif]! I am busy building the exact same plane also with 5 servos and a tt07 up front. I scaled mine up by 10% to counter the weight of the rather fat TT. What battery pack are you using?

329, that looks very sharp! [8D]

It's cool to see it dressed up like that and standing on LG, too.

I added 2-1/2" to the span also. I used a Cermark 150mAh battery pack.

Nice job on the finished plane. Landing gear on a 1/2a who would have thought it would look so good!

LAter,
Tim
